Toni West: Changing The Game Conference
The NCAA Women’s Final Four is the hub for education, networking, and creative events in Women’s College Basketball. Toni West, Head of Communications for the Women’s PBA, will speak at the inaugural Changing the Game Conference during the NCAA Women’s Final Four. Toni is “extremely excited to represent the Women’s PBA and talk about the evolution of basketball at both the high school and collegiate level. I am proud to represent an organization that allows players to reach their full potential during their prime playing years.” Ms. West has been with the Women's Premier Basketball Association since its inception in 2022. She has seen its evolution throughout the years and is well-versed in what the Women’s PBA can offer to athletes.
Ms. West will discuss building a culture of promotion and continued opportunity for players to play after college; this is the third prong of her “3 keys to winning.” This part of her method includes personal branding, marketability, and discovering new pathways for continued growth and development with organizations like the Women’s PBA. Toni is passionate about her work, and she’s applied her methodology to multiple aspects of her life. She’s truly a game-changer in her field. BriAnna Garza, the creative mind behind the all-women-led conference says she “created Changing the Game so women could have a space where the only mission was to talk about basketball. Not about the “women’s experience” in it – just hoops.” The women’s PBA is honored to have a representative at this groundbreaking event!
